First Home Care's
Home-based services offer intensive behavioral health intervention for children,
adolescents, adults, and families. Designed to meet the specific needs of the
payor and its clients, Home-Based Services augment mental health services
delivered in community-based settings. These services include Crisis
Intervention and Assessment, Supportive Counseling, Medication Monitoring, Case
Management, Education, comprehensive discharge planning and other services
designed to address the individual needs of clients/families served.
 You can earn a
$100 bonus for referring a a qualified
therapeutic foster parent to First Home Care. Call the
